We pride ourselves on customer service and it is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return your product within 90 days and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked to your original payment method.
We work very hard to ensure that you receive our products in the best condition but in a rare event that you receive damaged items, please email us on email@example.com and we will make sure this is resolved for you as soon as possible.
Steps to return a product
1. Email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your intention to return
2. Wrap the product in the original packaging and mark your order number and details on a separate sheet.
3. Send the products back to our warehouse:

4. Once we receive your product, we will issue a full refund. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show back in your original payment method.
All products come with a 3 year warranty. If for the rare chance your product does develop a fault, please contact us on email@example.com with your order details and we will be in touch with you to discuss the product issue.
